Who can benefit from a nutritional consultation?

Well, in my view, you will probably not be surprised to hear me say that, anyone can!

With all the pressures of modern living and the general levels of exposure to pollutants not to mention stresses of all kinds whether physical, mental or emotional, most people could in fact improve concentration levels, mood, digestive disturbances and energy levels just through some simple improvements to their lifestyle and diet. Whatever your health complaint, from headaches, to menopause, to PMT to digestive problems to thyroid, liver and heart or just energy and mental alertness, diet has been shown in research to play a huge part in either contributing to or alleviating symptoms associated with most disease states. In the case of cancers, diet can help to support the underlying body systems, which can help to improve immunity and help to strengthen the patient.

We all know that some foods are better for us than others, but foods in themselves can be regarded as medicines for the beneficial effects that they can achieve in the diseased body. Depending on our ailment or complaint, specific foods can help to alleviate symptoms and reinstate a balance both physically and mentally and I have spent 4 years studying the various body systems, their complex mechanisms and their inter relationship one with another and how diet can play an enormous role in either burdening our bodies or maximising on levels of energy, well being and mental contentment and alertness. I am confident in saying that there is virtually no condition existing within our bodies that will not respond to changes in our diet.
